Dropping Off Items
Item drop-offs are by appointment. Once your consignor account is approved and you've submitted items through the Portal, we'll be in touch to arrange a suitable time. Please do not send items without prior arrangement.
Response Times
We aim to respond to all enquiries within two business days. For urgent matters related to an active consignment, please include your consignor account email in your message so we can locate your account quickly.
